Important Information

• This service covers one standard, accessible top-load or front-load residential washing machine.

• The customer must provide working water, drainage and electrical connections.

• Heatfix may request photographs and the washer’s model number before confirming the appointment.

• Cleaning results depend on the machine’s condition and the severity of existing buildup.

• Additional charges may apply for stacked machines, difficult access or excessive buildup.

• Parking, tolls or unusual access expenses may be charged separately.

• Any additional repair work will be explained and approved before it begins.

Not Included

The $150 service does not include:

• Washing-machine repairs

• Replacement parts or supply hoses

• Complete machine disassembly

• Removal of the inner or outer tub

• Severe mold or hazardous-material remediation

• Plumbing or drain-line repairs

• Moving built-in or inaccessible machines

• Commercial or coin-operated washers

• Removal of permanent stains or damage

If a leak, damaged hose or mechanical problem is discovered, Heatfix will provide a separate repair recommendation or estimate.
