Please have your appliance model number, good lighting and a working phone camera ready for the appointment.
Important Safety Information
This service provides remote troubleshooting and professional guidance based on what can be safely observed during the call. Some problems require an on-site inspection, so a complete diagnosis or successful repair cannot be guaranteed.
Customers will not be instructed to open gas connections, touch exposed electrical wiring, bypass safety devices or perform hazardous work. If you smell gas, see smoke or sparks, notice exposed wiring or have active flooding, stop using the appliance and contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
The $49 service credit applies to one qualifying HeatFix on-site repair booked within seven calendar days in our service area. It has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be combined with another promotion. Missed appointments and consultations cancelled with less than four hours’ notice are non-refundable.
