• This price covers one standard dryer vent that is safely accessible from inside the home and at the exterior outlet.

• The customer must provide access to the dryer and exterior vent opening.

• The dryer may need to be moved to reach the vent connection.

• Additional charges may apply for extra-long vent lines, severe blockages, damaged ducts or difficult access.

• Parking, tolls or unusual access expenses may be charged separately.

• Any additional work will be explained and approved before it begins.

Not Included

The $175 service does not include:

• Complete dryer disassembly

• Internal dryer repair

• Replacement vent pipes or exterior covers

• Roof-access vents

• High or unsafe exterior vents

• Pest, bird-nest or animal-waste removal

• Opening walls or ceilings

• Commercial or shared-building vent systems

• Mold, asbestos or hazardous-material removal

If a damaged vent, unsafe connection or appliance problem is discovered, Heatfix will provide a separate recommendation or estimate.
