For just $20, speak with an experienced Heatfix appliance technician by phone or video for up to 15 minutes. Explain the problem, share your appliance model number and send photographs or video so the technician can help you understand the likely next step.
Your $20 Is Credited Toward an Eligible Repair
If Heatfix completes an eligible repair on the same appliance within 30 days, your $20 consultation payment will be credited toward the repair labor.

Be near the appliance during the appointment when it is safe to do so.
Repair-Credit Conditions

Credit is valid for 30 days.

Credit applies only to the same appliance discussed.

Heatfix must perform the eligible repair.

One consultation credit may be applied per repair.

Credit applies to repair labor and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credit does not apply to parts, delivery or unrelated services.
Important Information
A remote consultation is not a guaranteed diagnosis. Some appliance problems require in-person testing before the cause or repair price can be confirmed.
The technician will not instruct customers to perform unsafe electrical, gas, refrigeration or mechanical work.
Stop using the appliance immediately if you notice gas, smoke, sparks, exposed wiring, a burning smell or active flooding.
Please provide at least four hours’ notice to reschedule. A missed appointment without notice may require purchasing another consultation.
