Service Price: $299

Your service includes:

• One professional handyman

• Up to three consecutive hours of labor

• Basic tools required for approved tasks

• Work-area cleanup

• Service in Queens or Brooklyn and long island

• Tightening loose handles and hardware

• Adjusting interior doors

• Hanging pictures and small mirrors

• Completing other similar minor repairs

How It Works

After purchasing, send Heatfix your repair list and clear photographs of each task. We will review the list before confirming your appointment.

Your handyman will complete as many approved tasks as reasonably possible during the three-hour service period. Completion depends on the complexity and condition of each item.

Important Information

• Materials, replacement parts and customer-selected fixtures are not included.

• The customer should have all required fixtures and replacement items available before the appointment.

• Additional labor is $100 per hour when time and scheduling permit.

• Unused time cannot be carried over, refunded or transferred to another visit.

• Service time begins when the technician arrives and includes setup and cleanup.

• Parking, tolls or unusual access expenses may be charged separately.

• Major repairs require a separate estimate.

Not Included

This package does not cover major plumbing, new electrical wiring, appliance repair, large drywall repairs, painting entire rooms, tile work, demolition, heavy lifting, work requiring two technicians, permit-required work or work at unsafe heights.
